After two months of crazy work, the first Quixotic Venue opens. Three days before the opening, Surface to Air books the venue for their annual party during the Fashion Week.
Candelaria at Cocktails Spirits
Adam, Carina and Josh are invited onstage for the first time to present Candelaria: it’s birth, spirit, team, and cocktails.
A little over a year after successfully opening Candelaria, Quixotic returns with Glass, a pioneering bar in Pigalle modelled after New York bars where Josh and Adam worked a decade earlier. The second day was spent cleaning champagne and footprints off the ceiling.
Le Mary Celeste x Le Fooding
The French food guide “Le Fooding” recognizes our team’s work and awards LMC the title of “Meilleur Bar à Délices 2014”. We celebrated turning this banner into a mezcal luge during the after party.
1st Ann. Quixotic Cocktail Circus
During Cocktail Spirits, Paris’ renowned bar convention, we organized an extravaganza of visiting guest bartenders from around the world, offering exceptional cocktails, food and entertainment for our industry friends.
Candelaria #9 in the world
Candelaria breaks the top ten, reaching #9 in the “World’s 50 Best Bars”, the highest showing ever for a French cocktail bar.

Candelaria at Tales of the Cocktail
For the third year in a row, Candelaria is a top-four finalist for “Best International Cocktail Bar” at the spirits industries’ biggest trade event, Tales of the Cocktail, held each year in New Orleans, USA.
After much anticipation, we head into a new arrondissement, the 2nd. Located between the Marais and Pigalle, Hero becomes the bridge between the chic Marais and SoPi.
Hero in Stockholm
Several months after opening, Hero heads to Stockholm to stirs things up with PopUpSTHLM. An exciting menu, rare cocktail concoctions and a sold-out crowd of pleased customers made it a great first experience.
Candelaria in Beijing
Candelaria flies over to China for an invitation from the Shangri-La Hotel to host “A French Reunion in Beijing”. Their Atmosphere bar served as the ideal setting for the presentation of eight original cocktails.
Hero x Le Fooding
Once again, the French food guide “Le Fooding” recognizes our team’s work and awards Hero the title of “Meilleur Frit Style 2015”. Plans of turning this banner into a champagne luge were definitely in order.
Pop-up Hero in Oslo – Himkok
After being crowned “Meilleur Frit Style 2016” by Le Fooding, Hero responded to Himkok’s invitation for a pop-up bar in Oslo. A huge success with customized cocktails, incredible food and satisfied guests !
Quixotic Projects in Athens Bar Awards
Joshua Fontaine and Simon Perich represented Quixotic Projects Group at Absolut Bar Awards 2016 in Athens, in front of more than 300 persons, mostly from the Greek bar industry.
Candelaria in Hong-Kong – Ozone
We had the great honor and pleasure to join Ozone bar in Hong-Kong for a 5 days pop-up bar. Incredible atmosphere and public, and once again a huge success.

A new adventure
A new challenge for Quixotic Projects in 2017 : the launch of a bar-restaurant inside one of the most famous cultural places in Paris : Le Palais de Tokyo in the heart of the 16th district of Paris. After construction works, Les Grands Verres will open its doors in June 2017. More informations to come.
