Le Mary Celeste’s Story

As it follows in the footsteps of its siblings Candelaria and Glass, Le Mary Celeste carries at its core the art of hospitality, and it proudly brings into the mix a character wholly its own. Seafood, locally sourced meat and produce, and a bit of spice complement a natural wine list and cocktails designed to accompany rather than overpower the food. Serving as a local spot for good eats, great drinks and a relaxed vibe, the formula for a good time is no mystery when spent around the hexagonal bar of over twenty seats.

A Recipe For You

- ingredients -

40ml bourbon

20ml amaro Diesus

20ml fresh lemon juice

10ml capillaire syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

5 mint leaves

- method -

Combine all ingredients shake and

double-strain over crushed ice,

garnish with a mint spring
